  • Increase website traffic

  • Drive online membership sales

Challenges included a difficult web system, lack of landing pages, and the late-in-year timing when growth is historically slow.

  1. Landing Pages & Funnel – Built three landing pages promoting a free two-week membership with clear conversion pathways.

  2. Paid Advertising – Launched targeted Facebook, Instagram, and Pandora campaigns to drive traffic to the funnel.

  3. Social Automation & Branding – Ran LinkedIn automation for branch executives to capture leads and upsell memberships, while designing premium-quality social graphics and incorporating live videos to boost engagement.

This integrated approach gave YMCA Houston a clear funnel and cohesive brand experience across channels.
